Barcelona, the country’s second-largest city, is a cosmopolitan urban center known for its throbbing youthful energy and stellar architecture.
Your list of things to see and do now includes El Barri Gòtic, Casa Mila - La Pedrera, Passeig de Gracia, and other attractions. It doesn't end there: admire the landmark architecture of Basilica of the Sagrada Familia.

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to Barcelona is an approximately 18-hour flight. You can also do a combination of bus and flight; or do a combination of train and flight. The time zone changes from Malaysia Time to Central European Time, which is usually a -7 hour difference. In November, Barcelona is cooler than Kuala Lumpur - with highs of 21°C and lows of 11°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 19th (Tue) early enough to catch the train to Madrid.

Madrid is known for its cultural and artistic heritage, lively nightlife, and a dynamic culinary scene.
Get some historical perspective at Royal Palace of Madrid and The Walls of Avila. Let the collections at Prado National Museum and Museo Sorolla capture your imagination. Change things up with these side-trips from Madrid: Segovia (Catedral de Segovia & Alcazar of Segovia), Avila (The Four Posts, Ermita de Santa Maria de la Cabeza, & more) and Hoces del Rio Duraton Natural Park (in Sepulveda). There's still lots to do: contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Monastery of San Juan de los Reyes, take a stroll through La Latina, pause for some serene contemplation at Royal Chapel of St. Anthony of La Florida, and steep yourself in history at Plaza Mayor.

Take a train from Barcelona to Madrid in 3 hours. Alternatively, you can fly; or drive. Expect little chillier temperatures when traveling from Barcelona in November; daily highs in Madrid reach 17°C and lows reach 6°C. You'll have a few hours on the 23rd (Sat) to wrap things up before traveling to Lisbon.

Built on seven hills, Lisbon has experienced a renaissance in recent years, making it the cultural star of Portugal.
Step off the beaten path and head to Basilica de Nossa Senhora do Rosario de Fatima and Capela dos Ossos. Visit Batalha Monastery and Monastery of Alcobaca for their historical value. Explore Lisbon's surroundings by going to Parque Natural da Arrabida (in Setubal), Quinta da Regaleira (in Sintra) and Museu de Aguarela de Alfredo Roque Gameiro (in Minde). The adventure continues: take in the architecture and atmosphere at Basilica da Santissima Trindade, make a trip to Parque das Nacoes, appreciate the extensive heritage of Rua Augusta, and pause for some photo ops at Arco do Triunfo.

Prepare for somewhat warmer weather when traveling from Madrid in November: high temperatures in Lisbon hover around 21°C and lows are around 11°C. You will have some time to spend on the 27th (Wed) before leaving for Paris.

You'll explore the less-touristy side of things at Montmartre and Latin Quarter. Escape the urban bustle at Ile Saint-Louis and Île de la Cité. Change things up with these side-trips from Paris: Chateau de Chantilly (in Chantilly City) and Basilique Saint-Remi (in Reims). Traveling by flight from Lisbon to Paris takes 5.5 hours. Alternatively, you can do a combination of flight and train; or drive. Due to the time zone difference, you'll lose 1 hour traveling from Lisbon to Paris. Traveling from Lisbon in November, expect Paris to be a bit cooler, temps between 12°C and 6°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 30th (Sat) early enough to travel back home.
