Dubai, United Arab Emirates to Paris is an approximately 10-hour flight. You can also do a combination of flight and train; or do a combination of shuttle and flight. The time zone difference moving from Gulf Standard Time to Central European Time is minus 3 hours. In July, Paris is colder than Dubai - with highs of 30°C and lows of 18°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 24th (Wed) so you can catch the train to Brussels.

Traveling by train from Paris to Brussels takes 1.5 hours. Alternatively, you can fly; or drive. When traveling from Paris in July, plan for a bit cooler days in Brussels, with highs around 26°C, while nights are about the same with lows around 15°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 28th (Sun) so you can take a train to Amsterdam.
