  Super trekking route with some amazing views. Not difficult but the stones and path tend to get slippery and muddy during rains. It rains very often.  more »

  Hampta Pass Trek is the ideal destination for all those who love mountains and want to carry out an adventure in the lap of the giants. The enticing thing about this trek is the moderately high elevation that makes it perfect for the novices and amateur mountaineers. The maximum altitude that a trekker scales in this trek is about 14000 feet. There is no profound requirement of acclimatization.

  Hampta is a magnificent place situated in inner Himachal. To reach Hampta pass we need to get a vehicle permit from a power project . The road is very rocky so be careful while choosing the vehicle , its a up hill drive with a very bad condition road. When you reach there you need to trek for about 3 hrs to reach snow and enjoy the beauty . Trek is very tiring but worth it . The vehicle pass is for 100₹. The condition of the road to Hampta is poor . Park car near to Hampta pass, other wise you have to walk a lot.
