  • I was more than unpleasantly surprised by the pool bar. The roof top being full, we chose to have lunch at the pool bar. A disaster, a reduced portion card, namely only Poke Bowls at more than 20 euros served in a small cardboard bowl, bottled drinks (coca and sparkling water) served without even a plastic glass and a senseless service. The waiter misunderstood the commands, didn't know the card and knocked one of the Bowls on the table. A salty addition to a low-end picnic that leaves a bitter taste. Fleeing, what we should have done with a little more presence of mind

  • We had planned with my sister an afternoon at the Molitor pool. Arrived at noon we settled at the pool and asked for the restaurant schedule. We were told that the service was continuous until the evening. So we decided to enjoy the pool and go for lunch around 3pm. Arriving at 3:10 p.m. at the restaurant, we were told that the kitchen was no longer serving after 3 p.m. We insisted to the waiter (since the information that his colleagues had given us was erroneous) who after asking the kitchen confirmed that he could not serve us. We had a treatment at the Spa at 4.15pm and didn't have time to go for lunch at the Molitor pool. So we asked the hostesses to try to find a solution. After a few minutes, the kitchen agrees to serve us but provided we have a salmon sandwich club. No other options. We were very disappointed. We had to fight to finally not even have the choice of our lunch. The afternoon was not so relaxed. In the locker room it's not much better. I picked up my bag in the locker, the wallet less ... Between the very limited customer service and the stress of having to object to all my blue cards, the afternoon at the molitor pool was very disappointing.
