MK2 Bibliotheque is a cinema with 14 screens, several restaurants, an open bar, and an eye-catching candy bar. If you have some down time here, check out another highlight, Le Store. Here, you can explore a shop selling books, DVDs, and all kinds of trendy paraphernalia. The remarkably designed restaurants offer a view of the four towers of the Bibliothèque Nationale de France, built in the shape of an open book, and its impressive gardens. MK2 Bibliotheque Reviews

Located at the foot of the towers of the great library, in the 13th arrondissement, this cinema appears modern and functional. The big hall where you take the tickets is poorly reported either to the machines or to the counter. For those who can, it is better to go out week end because there, the badly bred rednecks pollule your life. Watching a movie quietly in these conditions is illusory. So I go there on weekdays and it reduces the inconvenience. For some time the management has to reduce its staff because, indeed, the rooms are not always clean, following of course to dirty and careless customers!!! The chairs of the projection rooms, are certainly comfortable, but some would need to be renovated. The choice of films VF and VO is here quite wide with exclusivities. This quarter left bank of the banks of the Seine, being little equipped in cinema, the MK2 makes good service, if not you have to cross the Seine and go to the Ciné Cité UGC de Bercy. The space on the ground floor is filled with shops that sell objects from the House (strange) books, that's normal or drinks with snacks, that's also normal. Spaces to consume are also available to visitors in a relaxed atmosphere. The large Windows of the Hall, diffuse a pleasant light, even without sun. This cinema is accessible by the Metro station "Bibliothèque François Mitterrand" line no. 14 or RER C
A peine arrivé, on est servi ! Des files d'attentes interminables s'offrent à nous. On ne sait jamais quelle file conduit à quel guichet. Aucune indication, aucun staff ! Et ça fait des années que ça ... more »Just arrived, we're served! Endless lines of expectation are available to us. You never know which line leads to which window. No indication, no staff! And it's been going on for years and we've been through the mess of this room that refuses to organize the minimum reception of these customers! In total, we queue 3 times: a first time to understand what queue to place! The second one when we figured out which queue to wait for! Finally one last time when you have your ticket in hand! All because we have the misfortune to have a counterremark, the machines it does not work for the contremarks! Anyway the queue in front of the machines is managed in the same way, IE not managed! It's a real mess! Obviously, if this room was otherwise clean and inviting, we would forget these few little worries but, it is a hyper impersonal place where the staff is almost non-existent and the toilets very very dirty. Apart from that once seated for your film, you should be able to enjoy your film. Finally!
Great place with options to eat something fast before to watch a movie or after.
Always a laarge catalogue to propose. Wide space, multiple spots open to buy tickets (automatic counters or regular with a cashier). There is an inside shop that you will want to stop by. Trust me :)
