Marche Raspail, Paris

4.5
#43 of 423 in Shopping in Paris
Created in 1920, Marche Raspail is one of the trendiest and most legitimate organic markets in the city. Take tote bag or basket and experience some of the freshest produce around. You can find fresh, great-tasting fruits and vegetables just delivered from local gardens that morning. You can even buy products from around the world!

In addition, it’s not unusual to spot celebrities as they do their shopping, too. About forty vendors comprise the market and offer the finest in fresh, healthy produce. Marche Raspail is just one of the many highlights you can arrange to see using our international travel planner, Paris Edition.

  • Bio, that is, a market that makes organic. Rennes station on line 12 is the closest, and there are market stalls just up the stairs. The shop is still food-related, and it is mainly such as bread such as cakes, cheese, bagels, and agricultural products such as vegetables. They also sold soup for meals. I bought cheese and dried fruit as a souvenir. It is recommended that you bring an eco-bag, etc. though it is easy packing. We also bought a little sandwich and soup and had lunch. However, there is no place to sit down and eat in this market, so we went to eat in the park about 10 minutes' walk, but the taste was good and i felt very good.
