  • It was my first cooking class on a marine flavors theme and it was very successful. I learned the right techniques to raise the nets, make a fish fumet and make sticks and fillings more elaborate than what I usually Cook. A chef available with lots of ideas of dishes and tips to improve. The end result was up to my expectations: an addition of subtle flavors without distorting the fish. I recommend this course.
