First difficulty: finding a course available; so much so that to be able to use his gift voucher (from 3 hours) he had to opt for a 2h (considering the price is still a shame) Second difficulty: once he managed to find the course that he liked, he booked. He was then informed that the course was cancelled (!!) and since his voucher is considered by the site as "already used" Third difficulty: impossible to have anything to make a claim no one answers. Anastasia Auther apparently in charge of operations does not answer on her mobile, the same for the salesperson whose number is indicated on the site, the same for the mail indicated, the same for the telephone service whose phone number is presented on this place of interest. Is it a fictitious company? Do the customers of this box have so little importance to it that even answering her is too difficult? If you look at the Culinary Lab's Facebook page, you can see that officials take the trouble to publish content regularly. Also that the officials respond to the opinions present on this site. What a lack of respect to give priority to one's public image rather than the satisfaction of one's own customers!!

We are desperately trying to postpone our course. Fourth sets by email, no answer by phone, the culinary lab ignores our requests. Their customer service is deplorable and we always do not know how we will be able to get an answer to our request... a discouraging first contact that makes us fear the worst for the future.
It was such a good experience, cool to get to know how to prepare them, it does last two hours and its a cool way to learn and you can get the things you prepare home afterwards. The only thing is that I would improve a few things if I were them: -The cook aint super nice and he explains the important stuff way too quick. -They shall give the recipe of rice and rest of stuff in a paper. That aint expensive at all. -Its a bit expensive paying 60 Euros for a 2hours class. -It would be so nice if they taught how to cook some nicer makis. -I think the cook shall be focused less in the technique and more in the recipes -They shall give the bamboo thing as a present Anyways we really liked the ones we prepared
I attended the "Molecular Bites" course with 3 colleagues tonight, and it was a great evening! Some simple achievements and others very impressive with Azote. Special mention for the breath of the dragon 😉 We really ate a lot (especially foie gras) and the ingredients were of good quality. And the chef was very friendly (although at some point he seemed a little bit disorganized). I can't wait to go back, I recommend this workshop 🥳
