You don't see the whole scene, the spectators don't stop contorting themselves to watch the scene, it's not at all suitable for a dance show for example. We should have raised the stage. We can see that it is an old cinema, we can only see the top of the sets without the spectators in front hinder. This spoiled the akram Khan show, scheduled by the City Theatre under renovation. Not to mention the sound of poor quality. A real mess, a room not at all suitable for shows as can be for example the theater of the city ... We're not coming back.

Recent room, comfortable places in relation to old halls.
Terrible theatre. I went to see James Thierree (awesome show, hope he never performs in this theatre again though) and they changed my seats from front row to halfway up the room, without any warning, I had the surprise when I walked into the theatre. And I was not the only one! I also had to put up with the attitude of their ushers because I disagreed with them that sitting half way up the room was so much better than front row seats. The guy in customer service answers emails when he wants to, while ignoring the content. They also have a policy of keeping dozens of seats empty on sold-out shows, which they say they cannot sell for 'contractual reasons'. The seats are not lost to everyone though, as their own staff happily occupies them once the show starts. Received no compensation whatsoever for this fiasco! Also terrible organisation, two entrances, but have to join massive queue even if other side is free. One person serving at the makeshift bar, while four others chat around doing nothing at the box office (tickets were emailed so why 4 people?!). Horrible experience, avoid at all costs!!
I went to see the Slava Snowshow and it was great.
