The cheeses were perfect, the welcome warm. The only downside is that this tasting was not different from a meal in a restaurant where you know how to listen and advise you in your choices, which the owners of the place do very well, passionate about their products (excellent), including, what we've seen, with "classic" customers! Workshop point, then but a rate of 60 euros per person, which makes the meal expensive, however good and friendly it may be! So what is the concept of the company? Find good addresses (for this, consult Tripadvisor!) and ensure the booking of the day and time chosen by the customer (which he can do on his own!). To live up to its prices, The Gourmet Route must think about better added value, at least for this type of service.

The latter focuses on sellers of very commercial pastry chefs and chocolatiers whose quality is not exceptional. The Guide has hardly given any historical content or explanations related to these pastry chefs/chocolatiers. The tasting was ridiculous in terms of quantity: a chocolate or a quarter of pastry by visited place eaten on the sidewalk not even inside, cut thanks to a ridiculous plastic knife (can do better by passing for the environment). No pastry or chocolate given at the end of the visit. The goal is therefore to make the customer pay a maximum so that he buys his own pastries/chocolates. But the price of the visit is very high, we really expect better... Value for money To avoid.
