La Maison du Chocolat Reviews
優しいムッシュが注文聞いて... more »It is Maisonde Chocolat which was asked to buy it when going to Paris this time. I'm going to Brussels, so what about Belgian chocolates? I heard that Belgian chocolate is somehow more big, so I prefer France. I think that there is a person who likes Belgian chocolate because the personal preference is different. There is also a store in the Louvre, but I visited the Madeleine store because I felt that the number of items was limited. A gentle monsieur listened to the order, and the truffle chocolate was also tasted. A Japanese clerk was kind enough to explain Eclair. Even if you don't learn French, the staff at the shop doesn't look bad and they respond to you, so it's easy to shop.
Why not? In Paris and we love chocolate so had to at least look. It's kinda expensive but really tasty. more »
I happened to visit the Carrousel du Louvre branch. The staff were very helpful. The macaroons were very soft, creamy on the inside and full of flavour, all all the flavours tasted good. Their chocolates although a bit pricy, are very good aswell. Overall you get your money's worth. Loved the way they gift pack the boxes also to bring back.
Great service and a nice (though limited) array of chocolates - altogether a good shopping experience. Will definitely revisit.
