We had booked for 1am, from 1.30pm to 2.30pm, arriving on time, we were made to wait a few minutes in the lounge, the time the hostess came and brought us up it was already 1.40pm, plus the presentation time and explanation of the operation we have started at 1:45 p.m. And on top of that we also had to wait for the ""hammam"""" (totally ridiculous it is tiny and it showers at the same time of the big anything) heats up, that the hot tub heats up and starts, all this time we had time to c hanger, take our shower, the hot tub is still not running and on top of that filled with dust !!! We had to call the front desk 5 times to finally send us a technician who has 1 hour of repair. In the end we just washed to wash again ... without enjoying anything at all. I advise against the hamam it is very small with a very small door and it is very dark inside there is barely room for 1 person and in addition it showers at the same time, the sauna bof the only thing that is not mediocre , and the hot tub a disaster: dirty, does not work, small. In addition, the toilet is located in a corner of the room behind a curtain... hello hygiene... in the end we were offered to postpone the session, so we go back to the reception to tell us that finally we are postponed only 30 minutes on the 1 h because "we enjoy the other 30 minutes with the sauna and steam room" all for 89 is a big joke , apart from taking a shower and waiting for the water to heat up and the technician we did nothing at all!! I strongly advise against you will waste your time and money!

Thing done and still happy! This made me change my mind about my first impression until yesterday! I reserve 1 hour and 30 spas so that the jaccuzi is not clean as my first experience and icing on the cake that does not work at all! I had to wait for a technician 15/ 20 minutes I called the front desk 4 times so that in the end I was told that I was being postponed my session for 30 minutes when I did not even spend 10 minutes in the water! Foutaise!! To make me a price of 60 euros instead of 89 euros while this mediocre presentation did not even deserve 40 euros but would rather have deserved a session on another slot of 1:30 with the services for which I moved. Very disappointed knowing that this hotel was raised in my esteem after my weekend in April! I would never go back there again, I strongly advise against this "spa". Money thrown out the window for nothing!
I had stayed here in June. Sonia at the front desk was over the top, smart, funny, helpful and really went out of her way to make us feel welcome. We literally had no questions unanswered after talking with her. I definitely recommend this place. She seems like one of the hotel's most valuable assets.
Quite possibly the greatest hotel experience I have ever had in 55 years of global travel. The staff is so wonderfully nice and attentive I feel like I am staying with family! I almost wish they were my family! When we checked in late the night manager wouldn’t rest until he knew we had dinner arranged. The breakfast buffet is wonderful, the staff that runs it is over the top friendly and helpful while they speak 5 languages to other guests they are so smart it is awesome! One block from the Louvre Museum in Paris the day manager walked us to the corner the first day to point out the shortcuts to getting in and saving money and where to eat and what to see, all in a 30 second walk to the corner! Our room was chic, big, and airy with a wonderfully big soft bed, an enormous jacuzzi tub with a waterfall shower head, spotlessly clean throughout the hotel and managed to perfection. 20+ restaurants within a block plus a full grocery store as well as a couple of nice convenience stores. We will be back as soon as we possibly can! We LOVE L’Empire Paris!!!
