  • After painting Pinel's place "love won't tear us apart" in 2017, D * face directed "turncoat" in April 2018. It took eight days to make this fresco of pop art style. She is the reproduction of one of her paintings in XXL format (25 meters high). This mural seems to be extracted from a page of an American comic book. It represents the face of a sensual woman. She has an intense look. The portrait is made from a set of colors around the blue. His lips of an electric red give a lot of brightness to the fresco. This mural recalls Roy Lichtenstein's paintings. Dean Stockton, alias D * face, is an English artist. Passionate about drawing, he discovers urban art at the age of fifteen thanks to street art magazines offered by his mother. D * face is today an inescapable figure in the world street art scene. He is famous for his many mural works that he has made throughout the world. His style is recognizable. It is inspired by the American comic book of the years 1950 and pop art. Advertising also plays a role in the artistic influence of D * face. His works are reminiscent of those of Roy Lichtenstein or even Andy Warhol. Feel free to come and discover this beautiful fresco of D * face at 155 Boulevard Vincent Auriol and enjoy to discover the other works of the neighborhood. In the vicinity you can contemplate more than a dozen frescoes by different artists.

  • In the 13th arrondissement, at the corner of Boulevard Vincent Auriol and Rue Nationale, you will discover this monumental fresco on the blind façade of a building. Created in April 2018, this work, inspired by American comics and titled "turncoat" or "Transfuge", is due to the English painter Dean Stockton, alias "D face". You can come by Metro, line 6, station "nationale".

  • Go here. You won't be dissapointed. We had tried many in Paris & been generally underwhelmed. Typical French cuisine, quick and *well priced*. English speaking avail. Portions great, & specials are innovative. Even kids liked it.
  • Delicious and very welcoming. Waitress and servers are warm and kind to translate each item in menu for us. Reasonably priced.
