Street vendor and wine merchant Auguste Fauchon founded Fauchon in 1886. In 1905, Auguste began selling his wares by catalogue, making them available to epicures all over Europe. The company continued to innovate throughout the 20th century, creating the first flavored teas in the 1960s, and the first flower-petal teas in the 1970s. The gourmet food company now operates retail outlets all over the world, producing tea, chocolate, biscuits, and sweets, among other products. • There were many kinds of sweets, tea, deli, etc. on the 1st floor. It is very beautiful and I do not get tired just looking at it. When you go up to the 2nd floor, wine is up to the ceiling and it is a masterpiece. There were no customers. There was also a line of fine wines. I was able to choose slowly and go shopping to satisfy. In 2012, Romane Conti was about 3.9 million yen !️!

  • The world reference for french delicatessen, this completely refurbished venue is as wonderful as ever. A hotel has been opened on the other corner and, next to the main shop, a bistrot and restaurant...  more »

  • Exquisite pastries, with delicate flavors. Fauchon pastries are a must! I highly recommend !.
  • I was told the pastries were good... I had the worst chocolate éclair possible. The dow tasted like old cardboard, the filling was bland and the chocolate added nothing to my expectations. For a total of 6 euros this place is a rip off.
