  • For this temple, although already visited, no photo of the Interior has yet been brought to the site in order to give an idea before moving.... Now done thing. In the 17th arrondissement, Boulevard des Batignolles, you will discover this neo-Romanesque style Temple. In 1895, Pastor Louis Vernes decided to build it. Works that will spread from 1895 to 1898, under the direction of the architect Félix Paumier who also led the construction of the temples of Dijon and BOURBOULE. The Tower-shaped bell tower contains a bronze Bell of 1887. The Interior of the temple is very bare. You will see mainly the 1898 organ of the German factor Joseph Merklin. A quick visit. You can come by Metro, line 2, station "Rome".

  • This temple is located at no. 44 Boulevard des Batignolles in the 17th arrondissement. Work of the architect Louis Paumier from 1895 to 1898, this church resembles a village church with a steeple, in offset, with a very elegant pointed roof. The stone façade of size, is neo-Romanesque style of simple décor. It is on two levels with a porch topped with a triangular marquee with decorative friezes and openings in three-part lancets. The Interior is sober as in all the Protestant churches, with a choir, under vault, open of stained glass with geometric decorations. The organ has the particularity of being the last work of the famous factor Joseph Merklin (1819-1905) with pneumatic transmission. This church deliberately takes the party to welcome all people from diverse backgrounds including migrants. It is accessible by metro station "Rome" line no. 2. Then the Boulevard des Batignolles must be traced North.
