  • Napoleon's tomb aside, this church is one of the most beautiful buildings in Paris, masterpiece of the classic style French, built to be the Pantheon of kings of France. Both inside and outside, majesty and elegance blend into a perfect balance. It is worth going back to admire it in the evening, when perfect lighting turns on the gold of the dome. It is part of a huge complex (very nice the courtyard and also the second church) built as a hospice for the war veterans. To enter you need the ticket of the Musée de l'Armée (hosted in the complex), which is still worth a visit.
