The mastermind behind it is Nico de Soto, who also owns Mace in New York. His approach of drinks is inspired by travels and cuisine, always trying to get new flavors, combinations and techniques. He won the award of the Most Influential French Bartender at Cocktails Spirits Bar Show 2014 in Paris. In 2016 he was ranked 40th most influential French people in their thirties in the French gastronomy; the only bartender in the 50. In 2017 he was short listed for Best International Bartender.
Don’t hesitate to head straight through the busy trattoria to this bar hidden at the back or slip in via the Passage Vivienne side entrance.
This place is all about atmosphere and mood, it feels like a a nightclub but with softer music and better cocktails. This isn't for groups at all, it's vey couple-oriented, so keep that in mind. more »

This place is the proof that you don't have to wait 1h for mixology. Beautiful, creative and delicious cocktails served without pretention in a cozy and elegant environment. Beautiful drinks, beautiful setting and beautiful people.
