  • In This library I left a piece of heart: Immerse yourself in the reading on those tables of wood, the light suffused and sweet, the scent of books... Take a break on the steps of the Pantheon with the spring sun that tickts your face. Everything is extraordinarily possible in Paris.

  • Nice visit for me who always dreamed of visiting Hogwarts in Harry Potter. Negative: crowded and it was pretty hot. Anyway, this is one of the most beautiful libraries I have visited until then. I recommend!

  • We visited this library as an architectural school trip and I was personally impressed with the building. I've never been in a historical library such as this so it was very much a learning experience. I'm reading some of the other reviews and I don't get why some people are bashing the library up in regards to visiting hours and security. Could be that they were denied entry due to them not properly organising their trip and following the rules so now they've come to google reviews to take out their frustration here instead. My group had no issues coming into the library and the staff that greeted us were polite and clear, they even explained different aspects of the library to us as well!
  • I think that there should be a clear rule for visitors to obey. There is a stand poster outside and say the last entrance time is 9 pm, I got there at 8:50 but I couldn’t get in, the guard just said the it’s closed. I said that the last entrance time is 9am then he said I need to show my ID. I said i just want to get in and see the library, then he said it’s closed again! So what is the rule on earth? If it’s open to the public, then there should be a clear rule for the visitors, and if it’s open to the people from all over the world, then letting the communication become smoother should be a MUST.
