  • The 18th century palace was the summer residence of the Prince of Monaco before Menton became French and now houses a collection of modern art. Even the beautiful garden which is a major Botanical Garden of citrus, has been used to expose modern sculptures. Worth the visit even though it is on the other side than the old town.

  • We got into the Museum through the garden, where there is the largest collection of citrus in Europe. More than 100 varieties of citrus-lemons, oranges, clementines, mandarainy. Lots of interesting sculptures, installations and more than 70 is the perfect place for relaxation, pure and cool in the summer heat, people ... Before the Palace belonged to the Princes of the Principality of Monaco and was the summer residence, now a museum with an excellent collection of Italian artists of the 12-13 century and Flemish painting here is a large collection of Oriental art, George Bagulesku, which he bequeathed to the city after death. mandatory place to visit in Menton.

  • Beautiful museum with Rich art from over 300 years ago and later. But also fits in a lovely venue from the time as well. For any museum lovers in Nice, this is a must and could be enjoyed multiple times.
  • A fine display of finer art from French masters; all housed in bourgeoisie opulence. As I walked along creaky floorboards and gazed surprisingly at tattered dishevelled wall paintings I saw vivid beauty. The hung collections range from the masterful to the colourful to the illustrative.
