Steam Whistle Brewing is located in a former train garage in Toronto. The place produces only a single beer, pilsner, because its motto is "to do only one thing, but do it very well done". In addition they are engaged in various projects for the environment, such as the super resistant green glass bottle that can be reused approximately 45 times. Guided tours are available within the factory every half hour, starting from 11:00 until 4:00 pm for $10. Making the visit on weekdays it is possible to know the internal part of the factory in full operation. Being close to Rogers Centre Stadium, home of the Blue Jays baseball team, the brewery is usually full in the moments prior to the games.
Great selection of local and fresh beers in the heart of downtown. Must go if you're looking to have a brewery tour and great beers. The food menu is amazing too. They have outside seating as well among the old rail locomotives so the ambience is perfect for a weekend brunch or weekday after work. Great food picks as well. The staff is hospitable and nice.
WE LOVE KENNY! My husband and I had sore cheeks after the tour since we couldn’t stop laughing. Best tour we have ever been on. Please tip your tour guides guys, they really work for it!
