  A very pleasant place with an opportunity to sit on a bench or have a leisurely stroll, with a perfect look-out spot from where you can see the Parliament Hill just across Rideau Canal.  more »

  Beautiful place to walk in the spring and summer. Great place to picnic with family and friend. We grabbed our food at the market and walked over to eat and enjoy the weather.

  A great park with an amazing lookout into the locks, Ottawa River, parts of Parliament and the History Museum in the Quebec side. It's definitely worth spending 30 minutes in a calm walk there, and reading the plates in the monuments, no matter what season you're facing.
