  • We booked this very close to the time of our departure and the whole process for the 7 days was extremely well planned and amazing. Our guide and owner of this company Sithy was professional, charming...  more »
  • In April 2019 we (2 adults, 2 children (10 / 12 years) together with CambodianPrideTours took a wonderful trip through Cambodia with an intense insight into the country, people and nature and it was great! Starting from the planning, we at Sithy were always in the best hands: a quick and friendly communication, own ideas and suggestions could be brought in and were taken into account, so that we have an individual tour based on "Cambodia Soft Adventure" tailored to our family. The care as a family by friendly, English-speaking tour guides and a driver allowed stops in between, at any time questions were answered expertly. At Siem Reap / Angkor Wat and also in Phnom Penh it was local guides, while Sithy accompanied us on the tour in the north/northeast and in the south to the coast or to the island. The trip offered plenty of highlights for everyone: After a start in the middle of the Khmer New Year in Siem Reap with extensive evening water battles on the streets, the visit of various temples (Angkor Wat, Angkor Thom) also during the sunrise we went north to the north the Thai border to the sanctuary Passover Preah Vihear in the middle of a mountain. The view over the Cambodian plain after a driveway with an SUV was magnificent. The Mekong accompanied our journey for a few days: starting from miles of waterfalls over a canoe trip in a nature reserve with trees with huge roots in the middle of the river and birds, the observation of the river dolphins near Kratie from the boat. It was fascinating to see small groups of these animals keep popping up and down. And again and again there were insights into the undisturbed life of the Cambodians: a visit to a traditional Cambodian coffee house, a stop at a rubber plantation, the production of brandy from rice, the difficult working conditions in one of the local brickworks. , the walk through a lotus plantation. In the capital Phnom Penh we visited on the one hand the royal palaces, the National Museum and a lively market, on the other hand we also had an intensive insight into the time of the Khmer Rouge with the visit of the genocide memorial and the torture prison S-21. It was frightening and distressing to see and hear what the country had to go through in these few years. In the evening, a boat trip on the river gave us another impression of the rapidly growing city. The end of our trip was a trip to the sea with a few days on the island of Koh Rong: It is highly recommended to visit the crab market in Kep. Freshly fried crabs, crabs and octopuses with rice and green pepper in the middle of the stalls were super tasty and a real culinary highlight. The port city of Sihanoukville presents itself as a dynamic large-scale construction site, but was primarily the springboard to Koh Rong for us. We took one of the ships before we went on the island with a smaller boat to the back to Long Beach. A kilometer-long wide sandy beach with few huts offered plenty of space for swimming, relaxing, walking and relaxing. A real paradise, but at its stalls there is also garbage from the sea. So the two weeks in Cambodia passed almost like in flight. We have gathered a lot of new impressions and positive experiences with the friendly people and a great country. The different perspectives of our guides on the developments, strengths and challenges of the country have allowed us an exciting insight into cambodian everyday life, which we greatly appreciated. Wonderfully supervised by Sithy and CambodianPrideTours we will remember this great holiday for a long time to come. Thank you again for the great photos of Sithy, which we received as a surprise!

  • We did the 1 dat culture and wildlife tour and we had a great day with our guide Mr.Ben he was very friendly and informative. Himself and the driver arrived to collect us on time. The tour itself was a great insight into the life of the Cambodian people of the area. We got to see the process of rice wine, noodles and more. The river trip to see the dolphins was smooth and we did see quite a few dolphins but at a bit of a distance but it was see fab to see such rare animals. Lunch was simple but very yummy. Everything was great! Thanks all. I would recommend this tour to get a great overview of life in Kratie and to see some amazing animals.
  • The tour with Mr. Sithy was a real highlight of our Cambodian visit. We have already planned the tour at home in a lively email traffic together with Mr. Sithi. On the one hand, he showed the greatest flexibility in the selection of targets. On the other hand, his suggestions and suggestions were excellent thanks to his detailed knowledge. The excellent local contacts led to a smooth process. Its driver Mr. Ra brought us through chaos-rich traffic and rough terrain to our destinations in a friendly and accident-free manner. It was an excellent mix of relaxed sightseeing and adventure. We started the 6-day tour with a trip to the enchanting hills of Mondulkiri with waterfalls, spectacular views and an unforgettable hike to an elephant camp where we had skin contact with the thickeners in the wild. We continued to experience Kratie on a bike ride on the offshore island around the Mekong. The Irrawaddy dolphins touched us as well as impressive kayaking on the rapid river in the rainy season between the tops of flooded trees. The visit to temples, rapids and typical villages completed the impressions. During the rides, Mr. Sithy shared his detailed knowledge of the troubled history of Cambodia, country and people with us. In addition to his organizational skills, he impressed especially with his human competence and his modern, cosmopolitan manner with a constant look to a good future. Thanks for everything.
