  • Museo Evita is a very enjoyable and informative museum. I came away with a much more nuanced understanding of this fascinating woman than I recall from the musical about her life from years ago. The m...  more »
  • The museum is cool despite a lot of repetitive stuff, has some dresses, personal items, documents and videos passing by. That's why I'm a fan, but it costs 220 pesos and I felt treated like a bandida. You can't take a picture and that's been reported to me by a rude policeman. Then they send you where to go again grossly as if you were committing a crime, you take a cell phone to write down something and the policeman comes on top I think that thinking he will photograph, and to complete a policeman tells me that I am obliged to carry the backpack in Front without me knowing why. All rude, there's more cop than in the Malba and they don't bother you like that. There's nothing near the frame values and you're comfortable there. That's why I'm a bad judge, but out of respect for EVA, otherwise it would suck. I was frustrated with so much ignorance and mismanagement of putting to meet the public so ignorant people

  • A great experience in a wonderful setting. Very well laid out exhibition and nice to have many of the explanations in English. Interesting to see the costumes together with the photographs of each one worn by Evita. Highly recommended.
  • This place is a shrine to the life of Evita and worth the visit if you are interested in this key period of Argentine history. Displays include many of her dresses and other artifacts. There is also original black and white film footage, some a bit grainy but fascinating to watch and subtitled in English. Shame no photos are allowed inside. Entrance fee is quite steep compared with other museums in BA.
